Rental conditions
- Penalties for the cancellation of the reservation: before 30 days 30%, before 15 days 50% -15 days 100% of the total rent.
- At the request of the interested party Insurance against all risks with a deductible of € 500 per claim €. 12 a day.
- Deposit €. 500 in the event of damages or penalties whit full risk insurance;
Deposit €. 1000 in the event of damages or penalties whitout full risk insurance.
The deposit remains until the end of the rental period. The customer is blocked upon collection of the vehicle with credit card or cash. It will be returned within 48 working hours after checking the camper. - The vehicle will be returned clean and with empty and free tanks.
* Penalty for cleaning € 80.
* Penalty emptying or cleaning of WC deposit + € 50. - Driver with more than 25 years and with experience of 2 years. It is possible to drive the motorhome even without these requirements, but it is not possible to activate the insurance at all risk.
- Do not smoke in campers. Penalty for Hygiene and Ozonization + € 100.
- The insurance deposit does not cover vandalism, awaing, windows or internal cleaning and repairs and it is the customer's responsibility to keep the vehicle in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- Pick-up time 10:00 am, drop-off time 10:00 am. Drop-off not in time extra + € 60.
- The camper can be replaced by the company with a similar vehicle in case of technical problems.
- Do not do check-in and check-out on the days: 25 december - 1 january - Easter day.
- It is forbidden to sub-rent the camper, immediate termination of the contract and penalty.
- Possibility of visitng the canary isalnds, subjetct to company authorisation. It is forbidden to go to the peninsula.
- Rentals longer than 25 days, even if contracted and paid on the web, they are not valid as they must be approved and contracted directly with the company because they are subject to different rental conditions.
